So, What Can This Really Do For A Race Driver?

The SR86 (SR20 swapped Toyota 86) development car has some new features with the Bosch Motorsport ABS system up and running, and an Ecumaster wireless racing panel upgrade, allowing some more buttons and knobs for driver adjustments on the fly.

While apprehensive about having a battery-operated switch panel, things have come far enough that you're not going to be swapping this out every week, and there is an alarm set via CAN to warn you before the battery is completely gone. That's certainly more than the starting battery of the car does for us!

In this 'Today at HPA' update, Andre gives you a quick run through how this works with the dash display, some ways he's tried to make his custom display useful in the real world, along with a quick explanation of why ABS doesn't mean you don't have to worry about brake balance despite some out there thinking otherwise. Enjoy! Or not. Up to you 🤘
