I am in the process of rebuilding a 968 from the ground up. The engine was a well sorted turbo conversion that had a Euro1 ECU. Because the Euro1 is no longer supported and the technology is 20 years old, I am upgrading to an AEM Infinity.
My question is this: I am considering changing from the Porsche 57mm cable throttle to a Nissan Altima 2.5l 60mm DBW throttle body. My intake has a 61mm opening. Do I need to also include an IAC in the system or will the DBW alone handle the cold start idle?
Thanks for your replies.

You should be fine with just the DBW throttle. I'm pretty sure the Infinity can handle that, but I haven't done an Infinity DBW config.
I fitted a 60mm Bosch DBW throttle (0280750151, $131 from Summit Racing) to a 944S2, I have an adapter for that programmed for my CNC if this would help you.
