Hey all.
Recently joined HP academy to learn more about the Link G4+ Software. I just finished rebuilding and reworking my 1989 Toyota Pickup and completed a fresh install with some of the following Highlights :-)
DOA Racing Engines Fully-Forged "Stagekiller" Longblock including ported TB, manifold and runners
LCE T4 Manifold with BW S251sx 0.63 AR and Turbosmart 40mm gate with 10 PSI spring
Link Atom II with custom harness, CAN output to Powertune Digital Screen
AEM IGN1a Coils Driven by an AEM EPM Trigger mounted to the stock distributor
Bosch EV14 650cc Injectors with Walbro 255lph pump from sumped fuel cell TurboSmart 800 FPR
2.5" Intercooler piping to 3" intercooler
3" Turboback exhaust with 3" Magnaflow muffler
I'll be completing the initial ecu setup and trying to get a first start in the next few days.
Looking forward to posting questions and showing progress!
Cheers!
great project to use the atom on
Thanks Ross.
In hindsight, I may have chosen a more robust options as the limited analog inputs poses a challenge.
But a friend had the ECU left over from a different build and it seemed like a good enough choice.
Hoping to have the base configuration completed soon.
Looks like quiet the fun toy. Will watch your progress.
Finally have it back on the road! Just working through the tuning process but excited to have it running!
It's been quite a process figuring out a trigger system to run sequential as nary an aftermarket solution exists for the 22rte.
This has been a very difficult project for a novice such as myself but it's fun learning the PCLink system and putting knowledge to work.
Looking forward on updating as I work to a full-powertune!
Great to see to going
