Not entirely a tuning device but sort of related specialty equipment. Not sure if anyone has any leads but figured it was worth giving this a shot. Cimat, Turbo Technics, Turbo Clinic, etc. Anyone know of anything please do comment below.
What is your intended goal for this? It's a bit more complicated to balance a turbo. I can at least give you an idea of what it would cost to build one if you're interested and can answer a few basic questions about your requirements.
Are you looking for a component balancer or VSR? if you're looking for a VSR, Marini Diesel in Commerce City, CO USA was looking to sell their basically new Cimat VSR machine (not sure on model). I may have an older Heins TC2 component balancer coming up soon.
