According the video when you use racing camshaft on an engine or use Tps for load the table should be more abrupt.
Should I need to change the afr target to succeed this?
Not sure what you're asking - with "racing" camshafts the airflow through the engine will tend to increase more rapidly towards the torque and rpm peaks, looking a a per revolution and overall perspective, respectively. The fuelling will follow the airflow.
