Hi, can someone give me more info about the purge solenoid output, what is it, etc? And is this done, for example, N/A v10´s conversion to twin turbos( r8, Lamborghinis, mustangs) with factory ECU? Is someone with knowledge about these conversions from N/A to turbo with factory ECU and maybe comment an interesting fact of these kinds of cars and engines. This would be for much help.
Hello, the purge solenoid is used to clear fumes from the fuel tank under light throttle and is set up to open up under vacuum only generally set up to open under conditions like over 1500 rpm and as above only in vacuum state.
