This video is got the audio out of place I can’t keep up when it’s not in sink with the video
I'll grant you it's around a tenth of a second out of synch', I just checked, but nothing like you're reporting.
As with ALL such complaints, you NEED to post as much relevant information as you can, because otherwise it's impossible to establish where the problem may lie.
The basics being - is it only this video? What device are you trying to watch the video on - PC, laptop, phone, etc? What is the operating system - and version? What program or app are you using, and what version(s)? Anything else you can think of that may be relevant?
It's usually a simple case of an incorrect option being ticked, but other issues like WiFi latency or low RAM can also cause issues. have you checked "low data" hasn't accidentally been selected - this is a common default for public WiFi, and will affect higher bandwidth videos, especially.
The HPA team are there to help, but you HAVE to give them the info' they need to help you.

Mainly, what operating system/device (desktop/windows/mac/mobile) and what browser were you using?
