i already tried using firefox and chrome, still the video won't play, i'm using my laptop and there's no other problem on other website
Thank you, that's more information than most provide. Exactly which video(s) aren't playing for you?
What OS is the laptop using - Apple or Windows, and which version? Which version of the app' are you using (I also use FF, without an issue)? How are you connecting to the internet - some public access points default to low bandwidth which is too slow for videos?
Anything else you can think of? It's usually an incorrect setting, or a need to load the right codec for the video files.
