Hi,

New to this so please bear with me. I have an sr20det with a Haltec 1000.

I saw this tutorial on injector deadtime and went and checked mine. The numbers in the ecu are quite different to those referenced in the injector information I can find. If I change these numbers do I mess up my whole tune and have to get it done again?

Similarly the injector flow rate is highe than the reference. What will happen if I correct this setting.

My objective is to improve cold start and idle. Power is fine.

Injectors are Nismo 550cc

If you change those values you WILL alter your fuel setting, so yes you will have to get it tuned again.

Changing the deadtime values will affect your tune. This is why the deadtime values need to be configured prior to tuning. In reality the deadtime values will only have a small effect on the wide open throttle tuning. The larger effect will be at low requested pulse widths - idle and cruise.

We usually reply within 12hrs (often sooner)
