I was reading the common stoichiometric AFR for E85 and it say 9.8. What the recommend AFR under load? Wot

This is why Lambda is so nice, as a good target value is the same regardless of fuel -- somewhere in the 0.88 - 0.92 Lambda range for normally aspirated engines. To convert Lambda to AFR, you multiply by the fuel's stoichiometric value, so using 9.8, this becomes (8.6 - 9.0)
