I have few questions in my mind. will i get these answered?

1.what is the difference between 1.ECU HACKING 2.ECU REFLASH 3. ECU REMAPING/ ECU TUNING

2.Whats the difference or explain me clearly about stand-alone ecu and a piggyback ecu

3.Whether it is possible to remap a stock ecu? and how that can be done? what are the steps in that?

4. heard that only open looped stock ecu's can be remapped , closed loop stock ecu's can't be remapped. Is that true?

To help answer your questions

1: Ecu hacking and Reflash is referring to hacking (or reflashing) a factory ECU which is fitted to a factory car and re-tuning/re-mapping it.

You can learn about reflashing here https://www.hpacademy.com/previous-webinars/079-introduction-to-reflash-tuning/

ECU Mapping/Tuning is pretty broad and really is just referring to tuning an ecu, whether factory or after market. Generally I call factory ECU tuning reflashing and aftermarket ecu tuning ECU Tuning.

2: A stand alone ECU is an aftermarket ecu which has been fitted to a vehicle in place of the srtock ECU. In other words the stock ECU os removed and a new tunebale ecu is fitted. Piggy back is when you keep the factory ECU and add an after market ECU to take control or certain things like injectors etc. This is used when you can't tune the factory ECU (or outside its limits) and there is no after market support to a fit a stand alone (example, you keep the Stock ecu to run the CAN bus system and piggy back an after market ecu to tune the injection system etc)

3: yes on certain Stock ECU's they can be remapped, refer to answer 1 and check out some of the Webinars HPA have on offer about factory ecu reflashing

4: Any stock ECU can be tuned if there is supporting software, there is a huge amount of software on the market these days which will allow you to access most late model stock ecu's.

Thank you very much Chris for your kind reply. That was very much helpful . Will see to that webinar .

We usually reply within 12hrs (often sooner)
