Hi!

it’s a time when I am tuning my first turbocharged engine which is 1zz-fe Toyota wrapped up with water intercooler and gt2860rs clone from Turboworks (chinease made turbocharger branded by polish guys).

One of my concerns is overrun fuel cut. From peasant logic it’s not safe to leave full fuel cut oń deacceleration due to high combustion chamber temperatures. So is it safe to leave full fuel cut? I rather leave some fuel on overrun to cool chambers. Is my logic right?

Also what AFR should I be aiming on overrun? Lambda 1 will be enough?

We usually reply within 12hrs (often sooner)
