Dear all, in case of tuning a DI gasoline engine we do not have the fuel film formation on intake ports. However, there is some strategy for transient conditions in order to achieve a smooth AFR behavior? I imagine that change the injection pressure is a good way to achieve this, am I correct? What do you think about it?
There is some additional injection during transient throttle but as much as on a port injected engine.
