I have a set of deatschwerks 4 750cc Bosch EV14 Injectors for Subaru WRX 02-14, Legacy GT 2007-2012, STI 07-15

Attached is the tuning data the company provided. however the information for setting up the injectors doesn't match the tables in the NSP software.

The datasheets for the injectors dead time comes as 2D table and in the NSP software its a 3D table. I can do per injector setup but i don't get the option for filling out the short pulsewidth adder table with per injector setup enabled.

i am wondering what i should do since i have some incomplete data from the injector manufacturer.

So Daniel, first don't use "per injector" setup in the fuel system setup. Its not required.

the DW data is just laid out a bit confusingly, for the dead times. there is actually a 3D tables data in there, they just split it over two tables.

In your dead time on the haltech, the rows are already set correctly

The columns, you'll only have 2. 43.5 PSI (3 BAR) and 58 PSI (4 BAR)

Delete the 29.0 column and 72.5 column that usually are there from standard

Then the values from the left (43.5 PSI) table goes in the left column, and the 58PSI table values goes in the right column against each voltage

For the flow rate, you only need two columns again. One for 43.5 PSI and one for 58 PSI, delete the rest.

You'll be left with two fields to fill, put 793 in the one for 43.6 and 909 for 58

You can configure the short pulse width adder in a similar way if you wish by enabling it under the fuel system setup page, but given the size of the injectors and the rev's of a EJ. its unlikely to make any noticeable difference given they are good quality injector.

Thank you for the help! I contacted the company as well and they sent me an updated information sheet (attached) for the tables that were in the NSP software I’ll compare them to what you just explained but I’m sure they are going to match.
