hi

what is Injectors effective PW {ms}? and what it mean if it reach 63.500 ms?

my RPM limits was 6500 and when this happened its only 6000 what just happen?

can you explain this ?

link G4 storm ECU

2jz gte vvti injectors

thanks

The effective pulse width is the amount of time the injector is actually open and is the total injector pulse width minus the dead time value. 63.5 ms is not actually a real value since at 6000 rpm the available cycle time is 20 ms so basically this has the injectors at 100% duty cycle. What does your injector duty cycle look like prior to this? It may be that you simply need larger injectors.

Hi Andre,

Just jumping on this post, i have a similar problem with a Subaru impreza classic v1. Fitted with a Link G4+ plug and play, car does not start and upon cranking the engine the injector effective pulse width jumps from 0 to 65.534ms and stays at that figure constantly while cranking the engine over. Engine trys to fire briefly then floods. Cant seem to figure out whats causing this? Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks

Scott
