how i can calculate the measerd and put it back fast to stoichmatric because my dyno reads afr
you can use the correction factor discussed in the course. Divide your measured AFR by the desired AFR (Stoichiometric in this case). This will give you a correction factor that you can multiply by the current number in your fuel table.
