I got an rb25det and we are build rb25det neo and 25det series 2 engine using link g4!

Is it possible to get that maximum torque or the road

If you're running on pump gas then your engine will be knock limited which means you can essentially get the same results under WOT on the road as you can on a dyno, so the short answer is yes. Of course you need to carefully monitor for knock while tuning.
