thats mean that in a subaru gc8 its better to put the temperture sensor exactly in the red manifold befor the throttle body and intercooler ??
I'm not sure I understand the question and context, but if you are running a Subaru on a MAF sensor, leaving it in the stock location is typical.
If you are converting a Subaru to speed density based tuning, then an aftermarket sensor is generally placed in the cold side end tank of a top mount intercooler a few inches to the side of the throttle body, or it goes a few inches from the throttle body coupler in a cold side charge pipe in a front mount intercooler configuration. In the front mount configuration, don't put the sensor in a bend since they skew temperature readings.
