Can you actually show real time tuning and how to make proper adjustments instead of talking about it.Some people learn better by seeing it done with improved results instead of scientific babble. Hate to think I spent all this money for this and cant understand what your talking about.

It sounds to me you should have paid someone to tune your car if you aren't willing to learn.

Have you watched any of the webinars? You have access to hundreds of hours of great content -- and it's searchable to find topics you are interested in. They are often done on a live dyno, and there are often examples where Andre will change something (say Cam timing, boost control, or rev limiter) and show the effects on the dyno.

These webinars are showing you how to do the tuning process with specific examples. The "Practical xxx" courses also have worked examples that might be a bit more specific for a certain platform (say HP Tuners, or MoTeC, Link, or ECUMasters).

Gary, the others may be a little harsh, butit seems you're a little impatient, wanting to run before you can walk.

There is quite a lot of tech' talk because most of us are interested in the why as well as the how, and the interaction between different aspects of the 'tuning' process.

If you want to just jump in and "twiddle knobs", there are also numerous worked examples illustrating practical examples of the theory, and the results of the alterations.

However, from the way you worded your post, you may prefer to take advantage of their refund process and put it aside for potential repairs? I would suggest, though, that before you do that you take a few hours to have a good look through their content - you may find exactly what you're looking for - or you may not and so be confident you did the right thing asking for the refund.
