Hi all

i recently installed a flex fuel sensor (haltech) i believe im getting a reading of %80 but temp just shows 125 and now also my fuel pressure sensor shows 150psi. I wired into the 16pin plug on the elite ecu pins 14 for ground and 7 signal and 8 (12v supply) to be honest I had few dramas with pinning at the ecu side and now can’t get the locking tab to close so would this be the issue and it seems hard to push pins into connector

Off hand - I'm no "expert" - there are several possible issues -

a/ are the pins correctly wired, ie. are they in the right place.

b/ these 'dramas", it should be a relatively simple process, so were you using the correct pins/sockets for the connector, as they are designed for specific sizes, and connector housings?

c/ the locking tab should be easy to close, this with the issue of pushing pins in suggests the wrong pins may have been used - if the pins aren't in place, it's likely the problem there.

If you can post your pin wiring, some detailed images of the connectors and their installation, and of the locking tab in the closest to closed condition you can get it, the wiring gurus should be able to actually help you.
