I am wondering if most cars on the road with efi use vr crankposition sensors instead of hall such as honda, Nissan or toyora? I get the understanding that hall is usually on a severely outdated efi setup or a custom conversion efi setup?
If anything, I would see more Hall effect sensors being used on current cars.
I'm not certain where you're getting your info from as I find the opposite. Anyway it honestly doesn't matter (within reason) when talking about performance installs as they will both work as well as the systems they're feeding info to lets them.
