what is name of the pin removal tool and where do you source one?

G'day Jim. Pin removal tools are fairly generic usually, can you throw up a couple of high-res pictures of the connector in question?
Attached photos show the front and back of the plug. The challenge will be removing the pin where the wire came loose.
Yes, that might get a wee bit tricky. I'm not familiar with a specific depinning tool for that connector body, but it looks like its a connector body which has an internal latch that interfaces with the pin. A small pick tool or similar is usually all that is required to pry up the latch to release the terminals. Often mounting the connector body in a small vice can be helpful. Then push the terminal to the front of the connector to release the pressure on the tab/latch, pry it up, and pull the terminal out the rear.
