I'm building a small harness that will consist of two temperature sensors and a RPM sensor. The RPM sensor has an induction pickup, so I'm concerned that noise from that wire will be an issue for the other two sensors. Am I over-thinking this? If not how can I insulate the RPM sensor from the temperature sensors?
Thanks
Rich
Aim doesn't shield any of their cables and they work fine. I would just use the standard Aim extension cables.
The reason I'm not using the AIM patch cables is because you can't get the right length just close enough and I wanted something better than that. However, I will take your advice and not try to shield anything, AIM doesn't.
We (Veracity Racing Data) can provide custom length and labeled AiM extension cables. Let us know if we can help.
