G'day All,

I'm currently setting up a snow performance water/meth injection system and will be using the Haltech Elite 2500 to control it.

After trawling through the forums i think I'm on the right track the Pump is switched on via a half bridge output through a relay which is working as intended.

However i cant get any flow and i think its due to the solenoid wiring. I've run an 18 gauge Tefzel wire from pin 18 (DPO 1) from the ECU to the solenoid and used the other solenoid wire to ground. is this correct or should it be 12V to solenoid then solenoid to ECU?

I've played with the solenoid control table to give it a signal and the wire state is active at 100% but still no flow.

Also does anyone knows what frequency should be used on the snow performance solenoids?

Any Help is greatly appreciated.

Cheers guys.

I’ve now resolved this by splicing onto the 12V supply to the water/meth injection pump and running it to the solenoid. Being a bit of a noob I didn’t realise the ECU switches to ground.

I’ve also found 20hz gives pretty good duty cycle control.

Hopefully this helps someone in the future.
