Hi I have a emtron sl6 what I’m having issues with the wiring for the ecu I’m not getting much help from emtron and just stuck at this point

Can you let us know specifically what the trouble is?
I've attached the triggering wiring pins from the Emtron public manual to this post.
When you select the Nissan 360 slot Engine Decoding Mode, that automatically runs proper values for crank index and sync sensor types, edge, pull up and arming. You'll just want to verify and adjust offset so timing matches a timing light.
