Why we use TXL wire in EFI system and what are its specifications?

Waiting for feedback.

Thank you

Hello Nada,

TXL insulation has a heat rating of 125°C and is what OEMs use on production vehicles. It is more economical than the alternative, M22759/32 (Tefzel), which is used in motorsport.

PVC insulation is commonly found in auto parts stores and is not suitable to EFI wiring due to the low temperature rating of 60-90°C and very poor chemical resistance. It is only adequate for wiring trailers and the like.

We usually reply within 12hrs (often sooner)
