So if it's a fresh engine with no tune in place. Do a safe tune with not much timing to run the engine in and keep a eye on your lamba?
You'll just have to tune it as you break it it. Better is if you can start with something close, like a map that runs a similar engine.
Best / quickest if you do it on a dyno.
