Are you able to try another browser? I believe this is a problem with the player and the browser you are using. If you need any further help on this email Taz he will walk you through a fix support@hpacademy.com

I sometimes have the same problem in Chrome but so far it has been enough to click "previous" and "next" and then it works.
See you have stolen my car (Avatar) have to check it's still in my garage when I get home ;)
