I'm not sure what is your question, but will give it a wild guess,
You want to know if tuning with water methanol would be like tuning on fuel flex fuel? if so the answer is no, You tune it as you would tune a gas engine, the benefits of it, depends on methanol/water content, would be:
Cooling, more water in the mix would help to bring temps down a bit, also benefit for engines that are prone to knock easily, the knock threshold would be increase, there fore a bit more timing advance would be possible
methanol will make the AFR go rich, so a bit more power for your engine, by leaning the AFR back to specs and by adding a bit more timing, or as much as it likes if on a dyno checking for knock while tuning
