Would I need to lap in a brand new valve in a cylinder head(5 stage valve job) that has less than 100miles? I purchased one of the same new valve from ferrea and I need to install just one intake valve since the older got bent from a heavy object that was set down on my tool box lol, will I be alright installing it back in without worrying about it not seating correctly?

It really depends on what the machinist has done in terms of valve seating angle. Assuming these match then you should be good to go. Lapping isn't really a technique that I recommend as it actually results in the valve seat and face becoming convex/concave and this means that the valves only seat properly when cold. It can however be used with a fine grinding paste and just a couple of light turns in order to show the seating surface. Alternatively you can use bearing blue to achieve the same aim.
