Hello all,
I'm dealing with a weird issue with a car i'm working on, it's a Toyota GT86 2012 with less than 30000 kms, it got an engine swap to a EJ207, the ECU was replace for a stand alone ECU Masters Black, after installing the ecu the car starts fine, runs fine, but from time to time using it at low speed the vsc/tc light comes on and the steering wheel become really hard, not sure if some one has deal with an issue similar to this one and how it fix it.
Regards.
I haven't used the ECU Master ECU in an 86, but does it have the CAN messaging required for the OEM hardware in the vehicle?
Yes, it have the required can network
Sounds like you are loosing wheel/vehicle speed data, this can have the steering go heavy and TC/VSC errors related to it.
I already logged the speed sensors and it's not losing speed data, that's why it's really weird, and this started to happen after the ECU got installed
