Hi,
Sometimes when converting an engine to EFI you end up having to build the trigger setup from scratch. When doing this, is there any prefered way that is relativily simple to construct and provides a very clean and stable trigger signal? Both for crank and cam signals.
How does the trigger point shape affect the signal? Should it be a soft edge or a sharp edge? Square, hex or round? What is the ideal size? Should I adapt the construction in any way depending on if it is a hall effect or VR sensor?
Sincerely
Anton Sandström, Sweden
