It was recommended to replace the original oil pump with the non AFM lower pressure pump when I did my AFM/DOD delete on my 2008 Tahoe / 5.3 flex.
I did this and my question is, what (if any) changes do I need to make in my ECU?

Unless the oil pump is computer controlled, I wouldn't expect any changes in terms of oil pump control.
