Hi everione

I am trying to start up my 1JZ-GTE with stand alone ECU. I used and adopted the base configuration from supplier (injector size, Lamda and so on).

The primery and secondary triggers are the same and the RPM and SYNC are detected while crancking. All outputs and inputs have pasted test. While crancking it sounds that ignition accrues once and disappears right after.

I attached the log file. Can you advise me what i need to do in order to get my engine running.

Thanks in advance

It's very hard to diagnose with just a log, to help we would need the tune and some info about the car and the setup.

Is your engine cranking at a good speed? In the logs it gives an error of "unexpected missing tooth" while cranking, but sometimes it's because the engine is not cranking strong enough. Or your trigger parameters are not setup correctly in the tune file. You should use the scope in the software to ensure the trigger pattern is correct.

The trigger configuration i took from base map provided by manufacture(i couldn't attache the file). I found the error "unexpected missing tooth" while cranking after few attempts. I didn't expect such problem becouse RPM detection and sync status while crancking. I gonna try to take the reading from trigger sensor with oscilloscope.

Finaly, i solved the problem. The reason why ECU didn't go to after start sequence was wrong polarity of primery triger. After i changed "trigger adge" from "failing" to "rising" the engine started.
