Hi all,

I’m starting this thread since I’m looking for some tips in regards with tuning the « starting » maps.

my ecu is actually a Syvecs but it didn’t really matters.

I followed the info given in the courses, but I would like to have a little bit more tips or info from more experienced people.

I played with the base injection timing and my car starts fine, but it takes a couple of rev to light up. It’s not as crisp as with the oem (reflashed) ecu.

I’m looking for tips as now I feel like adding fuel is not really making a difference. Maybe I can still add fuel and make improvements, but in the other hand I don’t want to put too much fuel and waste the plugs.

My Maxxecu allows unsynchronized start (Start in wasted spark mode), and if cam is not synced within 5 sec, it will shut the car off, this drastically reduced cranking time.

We usually reply within 12hrs (often sooner)
