It is understood to add fuel for cold start ups. Is there a rough number how much extra fuel to add against coolant temperature?
How about ignition timing? To advance for cold starts?
Idle Control governs the amount of air entering the engine when the throttle is closed. Does a larger Idle Control number in an enrichment table correspond to more air? Larger Idle Control number would require more fuel when TPS is zero?
Unfortunately there really isn't a rule of thumb you can apply to every engine for clod start. I'd suggest you start by watching the following webinars covering the topic.
