In an effort to bring my charge temps down I was wondering if it was viable to use the e85 in my fuel tank through something like a spare injector before the blower.

I can't find many examples of this being done. I know of one other supercharged car doing this.

Is this any more dangerous than a 'boost juice' meth water injection? Are the results comparable? Should I expect any real world benefit when I am already spraying e85 through the actual injectors? And finally, tuning this might be interesting with the fuel table...

I wouldn't spray e85 anywhere apart from intake manifold runners since the spirit is extremely flammable and in case of any leak there is a big chance to put the car on fire... That is why WMI is mixed 50/50 by mass to change its ignition property

What type of supercharger? It can be very useful for a degree of charge cooling, and some believe it aids the seal and reduces wear on the supercharger seals.

It's not uncommon for roots, and maybe screw, but with centrifugal I'd be very cautious of the fuel pooling and being drawn in unevenly.

As Shota said, it is a fuel, and you need to be aware of leaks and ignition sources, but that's much the same for any form of injection.

I've seen water-meth used pre-chrager to great effect, you just need to make sure it's not on during low engine speeds to avoid the pooling that Gord has mentioned.

As above, using your E85 is asking for trouble

If the main goal is cooling, water works great, it's cheaper, doesn't have the fire hazard concern, doesn't impact fueling of the engine so precision delivery isn't as critical. That's important since most water/meth kits have extremely poor delivery control compared to your standard fuel injection system. You can also spray a lot less water than e85 and get similar cooling effect.

This is a roots blower, specifically 2grfe with tvs1320.

Mostly this is just a discussion I am interested in having. Specifically if anyone has results or comparisons of different fluids being injected and charge temps delta

Tyler,

The latent heat of vaporization of water is far beyond the other options you've mentioned. The amount of heat energy removed by evaporating water is about 2.6x pure ethanol based on this chart.

Full disclosure, I didn't fact check this chart just now, but when I've researched this properly years ago, my on car results correlated, and water cools much much better, so as I mentioned you can spray way less and get similar cooling result.
