Hello everyone.

I'm experiencing a new problem on our costumer car with g4+ evo 8.

I went on the dyno and all went good. I did one map with pump fuel and then I did a separate map for E85 using that previous map as a starting point.

After a trackday with the car I personally made a long trip back home with the car, I had some ethanol left in the tank but I refueled with pump gas on the way back.

After a while I did a 3rd gear pull and i had a lean condition.

From that point on, (I've also uploaded back on the first map I did on the dyno with pump fuel) I have a lean condition at 0.6 bar of boost.

Today I checked all the fuel system (pumps, lines, filters, FP regulator) and I've also fitted a FP sensor to log pressure without luck.

I have no idea what's going on.

I tried to put 11 AFR as a Stoich value on the fuel main and magic, the car was rich but no lean condition anymore.

What am I missing?

here are some logs and map

We had similar issue after using alcohol fuel - injectors just got clogged.

thanks, I will check them for sure.

Also check your in-line filters, they be clogged and/or breaking up and causing issues down stream.

I'd also do a check to make sure the customer, or someone previously, didn't use a 'rubber' line somewhere that wasn't resistant to alcohol - if it's deteriorating there could be rubber particles breaking away and clogging the filters and/or injectors. OEM stuff should be fine, but...

injectors are good. lines are upgraded, fuel filter is ok. all the sistem is pretty new. I corrected the actual injector flow that was 2235cc on the FIC sheet and I entered 2150cc, made small adjustment and now is working. that's not the correct way I know but I dont't know what else to do right now.

I will try again with e85 as well and see If I need other changes.

I was already in the upper values of the VE so probably there is something else wrong around on fuel parameters.

Could the fuel pump lose its productivity? Is fuel pressure the same as before?

We usually reply within 12hrs (often sooner)
