Help with ghost cam idle tune haltech elite 750 rb25det.

I loathe this, however, lean and very advanced ignition.

Tried that but no luck

Rich and retarded would be closer to simulating the characteristic lumpy idle, possibly with a leaner and more advanced ignition close to the stall point to 'kick it' back up to a faster idle where the process can resume.

Best option, though, is to realise it's stupid and childish and not do it, second best is to actually fit the oversized cam(s), so you don't need to mess around getting the poor combustion properties needed.

What you need to do is set up idle ignition control and use this to significantly advance/retard the timing as you cycle around the idle target. This can be done by using the 'Ign Corr' table. Generally for the 'ghost cam' affect I tend to set the break points a little closer than the default map - Perhaps 25 rpm increments. Basically you need a large retard as the rpm goes above target and advance when it drops below target. You'll just need to experiment with the magnitude of the advance/retard in order to get the idle quality you want.

This has been tried and the car idles somewhat lumpy but still not getting the big cam idle

Well there is a limit to what you will be able to achieve since it doesn't have a big cam. Generally the key to making it sound more aggressive is to use a combination of more aggressive advance/retard coupled with a tighter break point to the actual idle rpm so that the rpm doesn't need to swing very much for the timing to change a lot. I'd advise you limit the retard so that the actual timing never swings back more than ab out 0-5 Deg BTDC. If you retard the timing ATDC you will generate a LOT of heat in the headers/exhaust.
