Hay guys, I've just sti swapped my 95 wrx with the drive train out of a My97-98 sti. I'm running it on a haltech elite 1000. im having some difficulty getting some of the inputs to read correctly. Firstly the built in 3bar map in the haltech is reading 9.5 psi with the engine off. I get the same reading whether the vac reference line is plugged in or not so I'm pretty sure the calibration is off. ive tried using the pre set calibrations in the nexus software but even with the 3barHT calibration file the sensor still reads 9.5 psi. second is my maf. I'm using the stock Subaru maf from the 95 wrx for the air temp reference. it reads that the air temp is 20 degrees F. In the shop I'm working in the temp is around 60-65 degrees F. I've tried re-calibrating this one too but still get the same result. there is no calibration file for a 95 wrx only for 97-98 so that is the config file i used. in the config table the temp axis only goes up to 20 at the full 5V. I am pretty stumped on this one, any help is greatly appreciated. ;)

What is your altitude/elevation at your shop? I would expect a MAP value of 9.5psi to be about 10,000 ft depending on local barometric pressure. Relative to your MAF temp -- Are you sure it isn't 20 degC (which is 68 degF).

I would verify that the units are really PSI and degF, and not kPa and degC.

I'm in Detroit mi which is about 700ft above sea level. my previous engine had some blowby which allowed oil to enter the intake and manifold. Some of that oil may have reached the sensor and might be part of my problem. Is this a valid concern? "MAP - 3 Bar Motorsport HT010134.cal" This is the config file I used for the built-in sensor but I'm not sure it's the right one.

In the haltech software, I have my preferences set to Fahrenheit. Yes, 20 degrees C would be close to ambient temp, except for the fact that the output says that it's displaying in degrees Fahrenheit. also, the calibration table only goes up to 20 degrees F. At 5V the sensor reads 20 degrees F, and that's as high as it goes. The sensor works fine using the stock ECU, I'm just unsure how to set up a configuration table for it. I have to get it and the haltech to speak the same language.

"MAF - Subaru WRX MY97-98 EJ20T 22680-AA280.cal" This is the file I used for the maf, I'm sure that this is the wrong one. I need to know either where to find the correct file or how to set up my own table for it.

*I've found a Table for the maf that seems way closer to what the values should be. File below*
