Hi guys,

After completing the HPA Tuning courses couple years ago and worked on some cars here and there since then, I've now decided to do a "ground up" tuning on my car but I'm having quite an hard time to get it running because it looks like it only starts and run when wishes to do so...

I have already tried many configurations and ideas but nothing seems to work and I'm kinda struggling on this. On my idea I'm missing or failing on something but I don't know what.

The car is a Volvo 960 swapped with B5204T5 engine (2.0 Turbo 5 cylinder) running on a G4X XtremeX, atm engine has the following mods:

- AEM 340LPH pump

- 16T Turbo

- 440cc "ebay" injectors

- "ebay" FPR

- Custom downpipe

Leaving my last save attached (it started with misfiring, turned off and didn't start again).

All the help is appreciated! Thanks in advance

I very much doubt your injector data will be right unless you've tested them and found those values, making modelled fueling difficult. Min effective pulsewidth I would zero out, also most injectors are rated at 300kpa, you've got them set at 350kpa.

Unless you're monitoring your actual fuel pressure you can't really trust the data you've entered for fuel pressure either.

I don't suppose you have a datalog of you trying to start the car at all?

No, I didn't had the injectors tested the only thing I have done was try them on the cleaning machine to check if they were all injecting the same amount and they all are injecting the same amount of fuel indeed (what I wasn't expecting).

Already changed the "Min effective pulsewidth" to 0 and changed the pressure both on the car and ECU. I have a gauge on the FPR it was set to 350kpa but as I said atm I set everything to 300Kpa.

I have already done some logs but with this changes I will make a new one and post it
