Hello,

May I ask for small support..

after replacement of coolant radiator from small to bigger one I observed that my idle RPM increased and sometimes RPM waving.

when the engine is hot RPM is between 1400 - 1600. I would like to see it closer to 1000rpm. Could you advise what I need to check in engine and where I can adjust idle RPM in ecu (ecumaster classic)?

I did not observed any issue when throttle position is bigger than 1%, all the time engine runs well including Vtec and quite rich

(Honda Civic VI with swaped Kseries Engine)

thanks

Very difficult to say. If NOTHING else was changed, and you've checked no wires or hoses were accidentally disconnected, I'd be wondering if there is a faulty thermostat - you DO have one? - and the larger radiator is keeping the engine a bit too cool at idle and, as a result, the ECU is treating it like a 'cold start' with added fuel and idle speed.

yes, during the tuning there was no thermostat at all and I was not aware of that, that is why I placed new one on the coolant line.

I will double check all wires and hoses. But there is a chance that you are right and the ECU is treating it like a 'cold start' with added fuel and idle speed.

Do I need to back to the tunner or it can be fixed easily by myself? Could I deliver a log with some parameters to support solving this problem too ?

I have some idea related to map sensor calibration. I attached my current settings.

My sensor is Denso 079800-5410 5v PS-4A. I found this voltage in internet 0.32volt=5.48kpa, 4.84volt=176.72kpa

not sure if this is correct, wondering where I can find authorised voltage by producer.

Is that possible that correction of map sensor calibration may resolve my problem?

thank you
