I just watch the webinar on hp tuners sd tuning, and noticed that Andre had chosen the option of using the sd patch and not using the built in feature of virtual ve tuning tables under the edit drop down. Is the any benefits doing this oppose to the tables under edit apart from boosted Applications of cause. Cheers.
The SD patch provides you a relatively conventional VE table. The VVE tables don't actually exist, but are rather the result of some complex equations. The downside of the VVE system is that you can't set any cell to any specific value. The shape of the table is limited and this usually results in some level of compromise to the accuracy of the fuelling.
There is a built in ve table under edit in the drop down, which automatically converts the virtual VE tables and then re-populate’s The coefficient tables.
