Post Turbo @ the intake port, 60C - 140F or maybe 100C 212F ?
A lot of stuff with stock mount intercoolers and more than factory boost go towards 100C.
With the factory intercooler i regularly saw 90C in warm weather in my rx7, bit lower with a twin pass cooler and sealed ducting now. It still ran fine, just a bit less punch. PFC base maps progressively pull timing with high intake and coolant temps, I think if you tracked one on a hot day between IAT and coolant trim it could be 6 degrees retard on the base maps.
It is probably engine dependant how much of a problem it presents to mapping.
I start pulling timing and getting richer around 55 of 60C measured in the intake manifold.
