How a ignition map should be on a TPS based tune? What I have noticed on wide throttle openings if the ignition is advanced close to 30ish deg the engine becomes a bit more "happy" to rev! Does the ignition affects Lamda values?

Regardless what the load axis is, the method for finding the optimal ignition timing is the same - Advance the timing on a load bearing dyno until you either reach peak torque or you find the knock limit of the engine.

The ignition timing will not affect the air fuel ratio provided you're achieving complete combustion (ie the engine isn't misfiring). Just consider that the air fuel ratio is fixed at the point when the intake valves close. Understandably there isn't much that the ignition timing can do to affect this.
