I have a 2013 beetle with a 2.5 5 cylander on a emu black, I had tuned it on the stock 210cc injectors and I just swapped over to the bosch 550 ev 14 injectors, when I try to change what injectors I have in the injector wizard it will let me select the right one and then I click ok and write it to the ecu and when I open up the injector wizard again after that it still shows the oem 210cc injectors, my firmware is up to date as of today, is there something I'm overlooking here?
In the ECU Master, the wizard only change the calibration data for the deadtime. You can always check if the data in this table stays updated after writing it to the ECU.
You will still need to manualy change the Injectors size in the tab "Fueling - General"
Yea I checked to see if the dead time table changed after writing it to the ecu and it dosent change at all, and It let me change the injector size so there's no problem there, do you think it could be a software problem?
I never had the problem you are refering too, but it's not impossible to be a software issue. There's a pretty popular Facebook group for ECU Master, you can try to ask your question there as it is pretty specific, or try to reach support@ecumasterusa.com with your tune file.
