If a mitsu 4g63 engine has been stroked to 2.3L and stock cams were replaced with 272, does this require changing the trigger settings for a standalone ECU for the car to start?
No, it doesn't. Cams and crank are still positioned in the same way like in 2.0... Even if you've got now bigger cams they would perform like the stock ones because of additional displacement.
