There seems to.be some random knock spikes right after my throttle closes. The first log has my burst spark knock turned on the second is with it off. The 3 to 4 degrees spikes seems to happen right after I let the throttle close. There is either a lean or a rich condition that follows. I know there is a delay in what's happening in the motor before the sensor reads it. Any ideas on why I'm seeing this?

From what I can see in your logs I'd suspect the ECU is falsely picking up knock. This could be related to mechanical noise in the engine. The areas you're seeing knock retard however aren't cause for concern as the engine is under almost no load.
