Hello

Wanted to ask for road tuning, would it be preferred to tune speed density or MAF based tuning?

Luckily, I have the ability to tune both as my car shares a hybrid option using both a MAF and a MAP with a factory wideband. But also, I am limited to how well I can tune fuel without a dyno and MAF works great for correcting the ratio as I don’t need to tune fuel on MAF. Your input would be great thanks.

Unless there is a known restriction from the MAF then I would suggest you retain it. Regardless whether you're tuning on the road or the dyno, calibrating the MAF will be significantly faster than a VE table. On the road it also means you don't need to try and access every zone of the VE table.

Thank you very much, that was very helpful.
