Chaps

have prosport wideband, there are two grounds , one for controller which states it should connect to engine and one from sensor which again state it should ground to engine

by engine , is it referring to block or chassis?

should ground from analog output not go to ecu ground?

Also on sensors, would you generally connect to block or ecu?

UEGO controller power ground goes to a good vehicle ground. This can be engine, chassis, negative battery terminal.

UEGO controller sensor output harness analog voltage output and sensor ground should go to the ECU or logging device to reduce the ground offset in the analog output.
